The Cascade Construction Warranty

We stand behind the homes we build. Each of our homes comes with a full Cascade Construction one-year warranty. In addition, many of the products in your home (cabinets, appliances, windows, doors, flooring, fixtures, siding, etc.) also come with manufacturer warranties providing further confidence and assurance. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and repairs are taken care of promptly.

Warranty service requests need to be submitted in writing, either via regular mail or the online request form. You can get the warranty guidelines here (PDF).
