About Cascade Construction

Cascade Construction builds fully customized homes in Southwest Washington as well as the Tri-Cities. Started in 1990 by Anthony St. Martin and Mark Questad, Cascade Construction prides itself on flexibility and affordability. We have expanded into the Tri-Cities area and now offer the same excellent craftsmanship and custom options available in Southwest Washington.

Our team is made up of experienced construction professionals who have been with us a long time. Unlike many home builders, in many cases we have our own crews building key parts of the home rather than subcontracting those parts out. This allows us to control quality more efficiently.
